THE NUTS AND BOLTS: We’re looking for an exceptional individual with a desire for continued learning. If this is you, you’ll be driving our agency’s programmatic trading efforts. Here’s our wish list—it’s ambitious, so we ask that you are as well:

Requirements:

  • Manage campaigns for multiple clients
  • Work with our development and Tableau teams to create dashboards and data visualizations
  • Make media strategy recommendations
  • Present strategies, insights, optimizations, and results to clients
  • Optimize campaigns as necessary
  • Monitor campaigns daily to meet delivery and KPI requirements
  • Evaluate vendors, including: DSPs, data partners, and inventory vendors

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years actively trading on a daily basis
  • Extensive experience with a top-tier DSP such as Basis or The Trade Desk
  • Proficient in manipulating data in Excel with a desire to learn new platforms and tools quickly
  • Track record of conceiving innovative ways to segment data in order to generate insightful optimizations
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Exceptionally strong ability to present to clients
  • Tableau experience a plus
