TEMPE, Ariz. – December 13, 2013 – Zion & Zion (@ZIONandZION) was announced as the #1 Best Place to Work at yesterday’s Phoenix Business Journal (@phxbizjournal) “Best Places to Work” awards luncheon held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. This is the third time Zion & Zion has made the list in the 50 employees and under category and the second award this year Zion & Zion has received for its workplace culture.
“We’ve always strived to create a unique and engaging environment where employees learn, feel productive and have fun,” stated Aric Zion (@ariczion), CEO. “Our staff is our greatest asset, which is why we are designing our brand new 14,000 sq. ft. office building with them in mind. From the introduction of more collaborative spaces, a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games, to the surround sound theatre café, our team will have multiple ways to unwind and be creative. Our entire new office design was driven by our employees’ input and feedback throughout the 18 month period of design and construction. Our agency is proud to be named a Best Place to Work in Phoenix.”
The “Best Places to Work” award recognizes Valley companies based on an employee satisfaction survey from Quantum Workplace, ranking work environment, leadership, company culture and management practices. Winners were revealed at the “Best Places to Work” luncheon yesterday and will be featured in the Dec. 13 edition of the Phoenix Business Journal.
