Account Coordinator
LOCATION: Tempe, AZ (work-from-home will be permitted on a limited basis, and then more frequently over time as the person acclimates to our environment)

THE NUTS AND BOLTS: We’re looking for an exceptional individual. If it’s you, you’ll be a key part of our firm’s account management team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attending client meetings and calls
- Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
- Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings, and conference calls
- Reviewing vendor quotes
- Working with other teams to schedule and review creative, web, media, etc. deliverables
- Keeping senior account managers informed of the status of projects and alerts them to any possible problems
- Fielding and processing internal information requests
- Verifying production specs
Experience:
- A bachelor’s in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- A basic understanding of business concepts
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Ability to work with people within various departments and with varying skill-sets
- Self-starter
- Strong Work Ethic
